Shipping Policy

JP Golf offers free ground shipping within the United States on orders of $100 or more.

For U.S. orders under $100, a $9.99 ground shipping fee will apply.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and can be selected at checkout. Expedited shipping applies only to carrier transit time and does not shorten club build times. Estimated club build times are listed on each product page.

Ground shipping typically takes approximately 4–5 business days after the carrier has picked up your order.

JP Golf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.

JP Golf is not liable for shipments once the carrier marks them as delivered. Please use the tracking information provided by email and, when possible, arrange for an adult to be available to receive the package.
