Shipping Policy

JP Golf offers complimentary ground shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all orders.

Expedited shipping is available for a fee and can be purchased at checkout. Expedited shipping is offered if you would like your shipment faster than the 4-5 days estimated for ground shipping. This timeframe begins once the items in your order are picked up by the carrier. There is no option to expedite the building of your clubs. Estimated times for club builds are listed on each product page. 

We cannot be held accountable for any delays that shipping carriers have. 

If your shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.

JP Golf is not liable for any shipments once they are shown as delivered by the carrier. Please use the tracking number that is emailed to you to ensure that an adult will be available to receive your shipment when it is delivered to your address to minimize the risk of theft.
